LABAS MIX

LABAS MIX functions as a high-density intelligent conveyor system that orchestrates sample logistics across various processing stages. Upon entering the system, each sample is automatically scanned, identified, and queued for tasks such as centrifugation, auto-quality checks, serum/plasma extraction, and barcode-based sorting.

The system supports multi-mode loading, including priority STAT handling, bulk loading, and dual-track operations. Intelligent sample quality monitoring ensures proper centrifugation and sample condition before distribution to analytical modules (e.g., chemistry, immunoassay, coagulation), all coordinated via an AI-enabled control system. Integrated one-click retrieval and archival functions enable seamless post-testing storage and sample management.

This “all-in-one” solution is customizable—devices including chemistry analyzers, CLIA instruments, fluorescence immunoassay systems, and coagulation analyzers can connect via the conveyor track. LABAS MIX enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual labor, and optimizes lab space with a modular, scalable design built for medium- to large-scale diagnostic environments.
